The ECE Department regularly conducted Mentor–Mentee Sessions to provide continuous academic, personal, and professional guidance to students. Faculty members interacted with their assigned mentees to discuss academic progress, attendance, examination performance, career planning, skill development, and any challenges faced by the students. These sessions created a supportive environment where students could openly share their concerns and seek guidance.
The mentors offered suggestions for improving academic performance, developing technical and soft skills, and achieving personal and career goals. The sessions also helped in identifying students requiring additional support and motivated them to actively participate in curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. Overall, the Mentor–Mentee Sessions strengthened the bond between faculty and students and contributed to the holistic development and well-being of the students in the ECE department.
